First, it's a little difficult to understand you by the way you type. On to the other things... I don't recommend racing seats if you're a big guy. Most likely they'll just make it harder for you to get in/out of the car. But if you want them, get them. The CAI is an easy bolt-on. I have a FocusSport one and it's great (it's now called the Fswerks CAI). There's also the Steeda short-ram intake as well. I doubt you'll be able to buy everything from the same place, especially if you're looking to get it all for the cheapest price as possible. For a clutch I'd hit up the junk yards. You should be able to get it replaced in your auto class easy as a fat kid eating pie. As for other things you want to do, what do you have in mind?

I agree with the above, but would replace the clutch with only new components... you'd we wasting your time otherwise. Just do some price shopping. DO replace the clutch slave cylinder at the same time.
CAIs and short rams can be installed in your drive way in less than 1h usually; if you are concerned about money, try to find something used here.
racing seats are generally small, designed for 34-38" waist, are expensive, lack adjustably and are probably worse in quality than OEM if you find a cheap after-market seat. I looked into it when i found that my focus had much less lumbar support than my VW.

im not positve about what else at this point. i decieded that i was going to keep the focus longer then i thought, and i want to make it nice. I also need projects to do in my auto class so i dont waiste my time for a semester. Thats where the cold air intake came and the clutch.

How many miles do you have on that 06 that you need a clutch already? If you need a clutch under 50k miles, then what you really need most is driving lessons.
Good luck with the other stuff. Seats are fairly easy to change out. I'm wondering about the air bag sensors though.

72k most of the damage was done when i first got the car. It was also my first with a clutch and it took a little to figure it out
